Purchase Terms

1. Pricing

• Pricing is shown at checkout and may vary by region, currency, and promotions.
• Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes and fees that may apply in your jurisdiction.
• Processing is billed per words processed. Minimum charge may apply.

2. Payment

• Payments are processed by third‑party providers. We do not store full payment card details.
• Processing begins after successful payment. You can monitor progress in the interface.
• Each order is a separate transaction unless expressly stated as a subscription.
• For payment issues, keep your receipt and contact support at [email protected].

3. Edits and Refunds

• You may re‑edit processed content from “Home → Order History” for 7 days after payment, unlimited times.
• If a system failure prevents completion, you may request a full refund; refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 business days after verification.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment and include the order ID and reason.
• We may deny refunds in cases of abuse, excessive requests, or where provided free trial usage already covers evaluation needs.

4. Invoices

• Electronic invoices/receipts are available upon request. Delivery may take up to 7 business days.
• Ensure that billing details provided are accurate; issued invoices cannot be modified.

5. Promotions

• Promotions may have additional terms, usage limits, and expiry dates. See the promotion page for details.
• Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless stated.

6. Governing Law

These Purchase Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, consistent with our Terms of Use. If you are a consumer residing in the EEA/UK, mandatory consumer rights under your local law remain unaffected.

7. Changes

We may update these Purchase Terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting. Material changes may be notified additionally.
